Curtis Frazier

Mr. Frazier is a 340B subject matter expert with a demonstrated history of working in DSH hospitals and 340B health care clinics. He is a strong operations professional skilled in 340B compliance, split-billing, contract pharmacy management, payer relations, pharmacy billing, pharmacy analytics, and business development. During his tenure at a 340B Specialty Clinic, their specialty pharmacy program grew to become one of the largest in the country. Curtis later transitioned to one of the largest public health systems in the country, truly putting his 340B skills to the test.
Since 2013, Curtis has been an advocate for the 340B Program on Capitol Hill. He has met with Senators and Representatives on Capitol Hill to advocate and educate our elected officials on the importance of the 340B Drug Discount Program. He has also worked with elected state officials and local Medicaid officials on the importance of the 340B Program.
Curtis holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Illinois State University. He is Green Belt certified in Six Sigma Methodology and holds an Advanced 340B Operations Certificate from Apexus.

Magdalena Ordon

Magdalena is a 340B subject matter expert with several years of experience in large DSH hospitals and hospital systems. Her areas of expertise within 340B program implementation and management include: contract pharmacy compliance, split billing software setup and optimization, and internal audit procedures design and execution.
Ms. Ordon started her 340B journey in a large hospital district in California, where she designed and implemented a 340B compliance program that lead to a successful HRSA audit with no findings. She later transitioned to one of the largest public hospital systems in the country where she was able to take full advantage of her expertise in a complex and challenging setting
Magdalena holds a Masters of Science in Accounting and Corporate Finance from University of Economics in Poznań, Poland as well as Business Certificate from London Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She has also been recognized by Apexus as 340B Certified Expert.
